We understand that working directly with a home buyer may be new, so we put together some common questions.

Ugly, pretty, rundown, fixed up, our buyers have seen and bought it all.  As for property type, it depends on the individual buyer, but many buy condos, townhomes, land, multifamily and sometimes mobile homes. Reach out to your local buyer if you want specifics.

Some of our buyers hold real estate licenses but ALL are meeting with you with the intention to purchase your home, not list it.

That’s perfectly fine with us. We buy houses in any condition, so don’t worry about repairs. Forget the pest inspections, roof certs and appraisals. Let us do the heavy lifting.

Though each state has different foreclosure procedures, our buyers are prepared to help you before and after a foreclosure has started. Best to contact us ASAP if you are behind in payments.

We still might be able to work something out. Give us a call!

We never charge any fees!

Each buyer may have slightly different time frames, and not every sale is a straight cash sale, so it’s best to have this conversation directly with your local home buyer.

This is one of the most important questions a home seller like you should think about.  There are a few bad apples out there that give us a bad name, not to mention many investors don’t even advertise (it’s hard to build a good reputation if you’re silent.) We pride ourselves on transparency, which is why we built Google Reviews into our profiles and encourage you to ask for references and ask a lot of questions. At the end of the day, we’re here to help!

A:  Great question, and we’re an open book: Our process is very straightforward. We look at the location of the property, what repairs are needed, the current condition of the property, and values of comparable houses sold in the area recently. We take many pieces of information into consideration… and come up with a fair price that works for us and works for you too.
